Winter 2018 - We received word that Eligah, aka Jolly, has a new home! He now lives in Chattanooga, TN where he belongs to a teenage girl. They do hunter jumpers together and some showing. Jolly's new owner and instructor love him. Jolly even participated in a Christmas parade! Updated pictures coming soon!
Spring 2017  - We sadly announce the passing of Flash. He was a great horse who faithfully serve the Reinbow Riders and Tri-State Therapeutic Riding Center programs for almost 10 years and will be greatly missed.
- Welcome I Am Isaiah, a colt by Magritte out of homebred I Am Isis by Onassis *E*! He is a full brother to Isadora.
Fall 2015  
- Azzie and Laura did great at the American Eventing Championships! They were 11th overall in the Novice Amateur division and won Team Bronze! Nancy and Glenn were able to go to Texas to watch them compete and had a wonderful time.
- Elazarr and Hannah did well at a USDF dressage show last month! They scored in the 70s on all three of their tests. Read more on Elazarr's page!
- Ephinia is at a trainer's and doing well!
 
Summer 2015  - Azzie and Laura have done well showing Novice Evening this year and are qualified for the AEC championships in September!
- Isadora continues to grow into a nice, sweet filly with excellent movement. More new pictures to come!
 Spring 2015 
- Welcome Isadora! Isis delivered this lovely filly by Magritte on April 14th! More pictures and information on her page. The baby is a full sister to Isis' first foal, Izraya, who sadly passed away this winter due to pregnancy complications.

- Azzie and Laura did very well at the 2014 USDF Region 9 Dressage Championships! They earned 3rd places in both of their 2nd Level Freestyles and were 4th and 5th in the 3rd Level Freestyles (which they showed for the first time a month before the championships!) Congratulations!

- Azzie and Laura have now earned their USEA Novice Gold Medal!

 Fall 2013 - Lots of new pictures of Illianna! This talented young filly continues to mature and improve and shows great promise for the show ring

- Azzie and Laura continue to do well in the show ring. They earned their USDF/Dover Saddlery Adult Amateur Medal in September! Spring 2013 - Lots of new show results on Azzie and Laura! They continue to do well in the eventing and dressage world, including USDF wins in First Level tests and Freestyles! They are now qualified for the Regional Dressage Championships in October and the American Eventing Championships in September. Results and pictures here!
- Dogwood welcomes Chance, an appaloosa in his teens who joined over the winter. Chance was the former show horse of Hannah Harrison (Elazarr's new owner). Pictures and more information coming soon!
- It is with great sadness that Dogwood Trace Trakehners reports the passing of Ardriane (mother of Azzie). She was the first foal bred by Dogwood Trace Trakehners, and she will be missed. Her son Azzie will continue to carry on her legacy in the show ring and promote the Trakehner breed with his wins. Read more about Ardriane here.
February 2013 - Congratulations to the Harrison family on becoming the new owners of Elazarr! Hannah plans to show hunter/jumpers with Elazarr and Lauren plans to ride him in dressage. We wish them all much success and happiness!

March 2012 - Azzie has attended two different shows this month - his first ever horse trial (combined training event) as well as a USDF rated dressage show! He did fantastic at both, placing in all of his large classes and earning nice scores! See pictures/information from each of his shows on his page. Congratulations to Laura and Azzie!

- Dogwood Trace Trakehners says goodbye to an old friend in the loss of Scat Cat. This faithful cat came to the farm as a kitten and lived a good, long life while winning the hearts of all who met her. Everyone will miss the gentle Guardian of the Saddle Pads.

January 2010 November 2009 - Congratulations to Ephinia and Elazarr, who were highly successful at the American Trakehner Association Convention!

- Our deepest sympathy on the loss of Amy. She was a very sweet mare who produced nice foals. Her legacy will live on through her offspring.
